Liz helps organizations use brand and design as strategic tools for business growth. She works with cross-functional teams to clarify brand direction, shape compelling narratives, and translate strategy into design solutions that deliver real results.

She currently leads Brand & Design Strategy at PepsiCo’s Design Center, where she partners across marketing, design, and innovation to guide high-impact initiatives for global brands. Her work blends creative thinking with strategic rigor and builds the connective tissue between insight, identity, and execution.

Before joining PepsiCo, Liz led strategy at Aruliden, an award-winning design agency, where she developed brand experiences for clients including REI and Google. She has worked across industries—from food and tech to lifestyle and retail—bringing depth, structure, and momentum to brands in moments of transformation.

Liz is known for bringing clarity to complexity, asking the right questions early, and moving teams forward with purpose. She holds a degree in Design from Pratt Institute and has built deep business expertise through years of close collaboration with founders, executives, and Fortune 500 leaders. Her perspective comes not only from formal education but from solving real problems inside real organizations.
